Lead company-wide IT: own architecture decisions, manage core systems, network, and vendor portfolio; run helpdesk and endpoint lifecycle; set IT governance, budgets, SLAs, and scale a small team while partnering with Security and People Ops.

Lead product strategy and execution for Aerospike’s core database portfolio, owning roadmap, customer advocacy, cross-functional delivery, portfolio prioritization, and metrics-driven product outcomes. Manage and mentor product managers and represent the product to customers and internal stakeholders.

Support FP&A by preparing management presentations, monthly financial reviews, and reports; analyze usage-based billing and automate revenue operations; maintain financial systems and BI reports; and assist finance transformation projects including AI-enabled automation.
