Responsibilities include developing C++ and Python software, modeling multi-agent interactions, implementing decision-making and path-planning methods, testing in simulation and real-world scenarios, optimizing performance, documenting systems, and collaborating with autonomy and engineering teams.

Architects and deploys multimodal 2D/3D object detection and tracking models using camera, LiDAR, and radar data. Owns perception data collection, dataset development, evaluation pipelines, production monitoring, and the perception system roadmap. The role also requires cross-functional leadership and mentoring junior engineers.

Source and recruit highly competitive technical talent in robotics, autonomy, and hardware. Partner with founders and engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. Use networking, events, marketing, and innovative sourcing techniques while supporting a rapidly scaling startup.
