Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and other SaaS platforms. Manage onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, IT support, incident response, Mac fleet compliance, hardware procurement, asset lifecycle, office technology, vendors, licenses, documentation, and runbooks. The role supports a distributed team and requires occasional early-morning or evening availability.

Owns system integration across embedded devices, mobile applications, and cloud services. Defines and reviews device protocols, leads device bring-up and debugging, maps capabilities to data models, and supports production provisioning. Serves as a technical liaison to manufacturers and partners, writes integration and architecture documentation, evaluates supplier designs, resolves cross-layer issues, and mentors engineers. Collaborates on multi-protocol IoT products, cloud data flows, factory workflows, and partner enablement.

Lead product strategy, roadmap development, customer discovery, go-to-market support, and execution for Afero’s IoT platform. Partner with customers, sales, business development, engineering, QA, program management, and global manufacturing partners to define requirements, prioritize features, measure KPIs, support certifications, and deliver secure connected-device products at scale.
