Lead AfterQuery's expert marketplace: own strategy across acquisition, matching, activation, retention, and quality. Manage sourcing, onboarding, and staffing operations; build scalable supply systems and product requirements with Engineering. Establish metrics and dashboards, improve conversion and liquidity, and design the long-term marketplace organization.

Perform outbound prospecting and qualify leads for frontier AI labs. Research contacts, run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, X, events), maintain CRM hygiene, and develop outbound playbooks with founders. Articulate product value (data → model improvement) and hand off qualified pipeline to sales team.

Design and build security and infrastructure systems for an AI data platform: detect and respond to security events, automate security workflows, harden cloud and production environments, enforce access control, integrate security into development workflows, own incident handling, secure data and model interaction layers, and contribute to human-in-the-loop systems and core internal tooling.
