Lead technical architect responsible for defining system architecture and technical strategy for complex software solutions. Provides hands-on architectural oversight across desktop clients, backend services, data processing, and integrations; mentors engineering teams; drives standards, security, scalability, and technical risk mitigation throughout the software lifecycle.

Design user-centered experiences for complex desktop, web, and data-driven applications. Conduct user research and usability testing; create wireframes, prototypes, journeys, and UI specs; collaborate with engineers in Agile sprints; maintain design standards, accessibility, and reusable components; present designs to stakeholders.

Support Agile teams by facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; maintain sprint boards, track progress and blockers, assist backlog grooming, document sprint summaries and release notes, and promote Agile practices under Project Manager guidance.
