Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity incidents; perform forensic and root-cause analysis; contain, eradicate, and recover from threats; assess vulnerabilities; conduct post-incident reviews; improve response procedures and security controls; document incidents and author reports; collaborate with clients, government staff, auditors, IT, and security teams; and review junior analysts’ work.

Supports cybersecurity control implementation, security baselines, compliance assessments, risk mitigation, audits, documentation, and vulnerability remediation. Develops and customizes CIS and STIG benchmarks, translates baseline requirements into FISMA and NIST controls, and collaborates with technical teams to protect client systems. The role requires five-plus years supporting IT operations and eligibility for a Public Trust determination. Preferred experience includes cloud, networking, automation, infrastructure-as-code, containers, serverless technologies, monitoring, and security-related certifications.

Run full-cycle technical and cleared recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and closing. Manage 12–18 requisitions, build trusted hiring-manager relationships, provide market and pipeline guidance, maintain EEO/OFCCP and clearance documentation compliance, and lead one process-improvement project. The role requires clearance-process fluency, including Top Secret/SCI and polygraph searches, effective use of AI tools, and deliberate efforts to diversify candidate pipelines. This hybrid position supports defense recruiting in Fort Huachuca, Arizona.
