Leads Agilent’s PSD Portfolio and Project Management Center of Excellence, overseeing portfolio governance, investment prioritization, resource planning, and execution of strategic software and automation initiatives. Manages and develops project and program managers across distributed teams, facilitates prioritization and staff decisions, establishes project delivery best practices, and supports strategic planning. Partners with enterprise and functional leaders to allocate resources, assign project managers, manage risks, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations.

Leads enterprise IP strategy and technology intelligence, connecting scientific innovation with competitive advantage, commercial opportunities, research priorities, and growth decisions. Responsibilities include portfolio governance, invention assessment, competitive landscaping, technology scouting, market surveillance, acquisition and licensing evaluation, external innovation partnerships, and executive recommendations. The role builds intelligence capabilities across global R&D and coordinates with Legal, Strategy, Corporate Development, product, marketing, finance, and technical stakeholders.
