Agility Robotics Benefits Overview

Lead bring-up and integration of robotic subsystems (power, compute, perception, torso) into full humanoid systems; design and scale integration tests, drive cross-functional root-cause analysis, build diagnostic tools and processes, and mentor engineers to ensure stable prototype delivery and system performance.

Own operations program execution across supply chain, manufacturing engineering, production, and quality. Track deliverables, risks, commitments, and cross-functional actions; manage Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Excel program tools; prepare executive program reviews; improve program governance; and drive escalations and decisions to closure during production ramp and robot deployment.

Lead complex technical programs spanning engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and external partners. Own programs from scope definition through launch, building processes, managing schedules, risks, dependencies, costs, change control, supplier relationships, and production readiness. Translate hardware development into sourcing and manufacturing commitments, communicate program health to leadership, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role requires approximately 50% travel and is hybrid in Fremont, California.
