Responsibilities include firmware architecture, subsystem design, code reviews, sprint planning, release management, mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. The role combines hands-on modern C++ development with strategic team leadership and requires ensuring robust, reliable, production-ready robot systems.

Leads end-to-end electrical architecture for humanoid robotics platforms, integrating sensing, compute, actuation, control, power, and safety systems. Provides technical direction, leads trade studies and architecture reviews, partners with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and translates user needs and field data into product roadmaps. Ensures designs become testable, traceable, reliable, manufacturable, and scalable for commercial robotic deployment.
