The System Test Engineer ensures product success by validating system performance and reliability through testing, analytics, and collaboration with various teams. Responsibilities include creating test suites, addressing product issues, and supporting customer operations.

Lead the analytics data layer: design and operate a ClickHouse-backed warehouse, define and validate trusted metrics, build customer-facing React dashboards and internal Grafana/self-serve tooling, and ensure data quality, lineage, and documentation for telemetry-derived insights.

The Head of Mobile & Web will lead the development of intuitive web and mobile applications, overseeing user experience and workflow design in complex environments. The role involves managing application teams, collaborating with various departments to optimize product quality and delivery.
