The Specialty Solutions Engineer will design and architect technical solutions in observability, partner with sales, and support customer engagements. Responsibilities include advising on solutions, developing relationships, and participating in pre-sales documentation.

Perform month-end close tasks including journal entries, accruals, revenue and account reconciliations; validate unbilled/deferred revenue; support billing resolution, ad-hoc analysis, process improvements, and external audit requests while partnering cross-functionally.

Design, build, and support large-scale enterprise and service provider routing architectures (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, EVPN). Deploy and troubleshoot core/edge routers, MPLS/VPN services, and peering.
