The Specialty Solutions Engineer will design and architect technical solutions in observability, partner with sales, and support customer engagements. Responsibilities include advising on solutions, developing relationships, and participating in pre-sales documentation.

Leads strategic client relationships and services growth for complex technology consulting engagements. Develops account strategies, identifies opportunities, shapes and closes large deals, presents proposals, and oversees cross-practice delivery. Serves as a senior trusted advisor while aligning scope, quality, staffing, economics, utilization, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes across cloud, infrastructure, application development, analytics, security, networking, and managed services.

Drive enterprise adoption of AI services-led solutions by developing sales strategies, building pipelines, advising C-level stakeholders, designing tailored engagements, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing complex professional or managed services deals. Collaborate with consulting, delivery, presales, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams while contributing market insights, sales enablement, and thought leadership.
