Lead Aikido's PR and communications strategy to build media presence among developer, security, and top-tier outlets. Pitch stories, convert product launches and research into coverage, build journalist and analyst relationships, coordinate with product/marketing/events, manage external PR partners, and report on PR performance. Serve as the first in-house communications hire and act independently to spot timely media opportunities.

Lead end-to-end planning and project management of creative campaigns targeting developers and security teams. Produce and brief campaign videos and social assets, execute OOH and guerrilla activations, manage agencies and production partners, coordinate timelines/budgets/stakeholders, collaborate with product and sales, analyze performance, and iterate on creative.

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing events to drive awareness and pipeline within the developer and security communities, collaborating with sales and partnerships teams, and enhancing Aikido's brand presence.
