Lead and scale end-to-end onboarding and tiered customer support for a fintech SaaS product. Own time-to-first-verification metric, build onboarding playbooks, SLAs, escalation and incident response protocols, knowledge base, and a support organization. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and founders to reduce onboarding time, improve SLAs, and create reliable voice-of-customer feedback loops.

The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for SMB to enterprise accounts, conducting demos, coordinating compliance processes, and maintaining CRM discipline.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll engage directly with key customers, creating custom integrations and solving compliance challenges, while bridging product and engineering teams to enhance features based on customer insights.
