Supports the Texas Student Data System by resolving technical support tickets, creating accessible end-user documentation, and conducting user acceptance testing. The role tracks defects, coordinates with product and project management teams, analyzes customer feedback, and supports Education Service Centers and Local Education Agencies during peak data submission periods. This fully remote position also serves as a liaison between external customers and the Product Owner team.

Supports a PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing implementation by gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, mapping data, and testing third-party integrations. The analyst documents system requirements, evaluates solutions, collaborates with stakeholders, supports training, and contributes to project activities. The role requires extensive PeopleSoft business analysis experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
