The Turnaround Manager oversees turnaround and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring compliance, effective planning, and communication of schedules and safety during execution. They manage the TAR processes and team alignment, while reporting on job performance and optimizing plans.

Support plant operations as a technical resource to optimize production, resolve process issues, track KPIs/OEE, update SOPs, drive safety and continuous improvement, and complete small improvement projects.
