The Senior Product Manager will increase activation, improve onboarding metrics, enhance UI/UX quality, and drive product-led growth for Airbyte's new product, ADP.

As a Founding Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, engaging early adopters, closing deals, and shaping the sales playbook for a new product.

Sell Airbyte to technical buyers (CTO/CIO, data engineers, analysts). Manage full deal cycle from evaluation and POC to negotiation and close, prospect outbound leads, maintain a 4x pipeline, and drive land-and-expand growth while feeding product and competitive insights back to cross-functional teams.

Build AI-driven systems for data replication and connector lifecycle management. Design agentic workflows for diagnosing sync failures, develop connectors and observability/automation (ML+LLM), improve control- and data-plane operations, own LLMOps across lifecycle, and partner with platform teams to embed AI capabilities and internal tooling to accelerate connector rollout and reliability.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for data infrastructure and platform roles. Partner with hiring managers to source, assess, and close candidates, improve sourcing strategies and recruiting processes, and manage offer negotiation and pipeline operations.
