Lead regional forward-deployed engineering for AI voice and messaging agents. Build, configure, deploy, and debug customer solutions while coaching FDEs and developing playbooks and deployment frameworks. Own regional adoption and revenue targets, partner with sales and customer teams, enable internal stakeholders, influence product roadmaps, and lead cross-functional initiatives. The role requires strong technical depth, commercial judgment, executive communication, strategic problem-solving, and hands-on experience delivering integrations or agent solutions.

Own end-to-end delivery of low-code AI solutions for customers, including discovery, workflow design, CRM and communication-tool integrations, AI Agent configuration, deployment management, and performance optimization. Lead cross-functional projects, create reusable frameworks, train internal teams and partners, support outbound adoption campaigns, and influence product strategy. The role also owns regional revenue targets and collaborates with GTM, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to scale AI adoption.

Develop scalable AI applications for Aircall’s customer communications platform, focusing on agent context, infrastructure, MCP, and agent memory. Collaborate with backend, frontend, infrastructure, product, and leadership teams on requirements analysis and system design. Build secure, scalable, highly available, and performant backend systems using Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java. Apply LLMs, AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and potentially AWS services in production.
