Convert books to full accrual, migrate from QuickBooks to a modern ERP, rebuild the chart of accounts, manage multi-jurisdiction indirect tax/compliance, prepare the company for audits, connect accounting to operational data systems, and hire/mentor a lean in-house accounting team while partnering across operations, product, and sales.

Qualify parking asset owners through account-based prospecting and multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn). Conduct strategic research, book qualified meetings for AEs, maintain Salesforce hygiene, and provide cross-functional feedback to improve processes.
