Support and evolve internal infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments. Administer enterprise systems, identity and access (SSO/MFA), endpoint protection, backups and DR. Automate workflows with scripting and API integrations, monitor system health, participate in on‑call rotations, and collaborate with IT Support, Security, and Engineering to improve reliability, security, and scalability.

Lead growth strategy and revenue expansion for a portfolio of ASO and mobile growth clients. Own client retention, budget expansion, and business reviews; mentor team members; align cross-functional initiatives; use attribution, analytics, data visualization, and AI tools to inform strategy and drive measurable outcomes while improving operational processes.

Manage and qualify inbound leads, conduct research, pitch ASO solutions and DATACUBE capabilities, prepare client-facing materials, support the business development team, maintain prospect relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue and client outcomes.
