The Strategic Account Executive, AI Specialist will drive growth by managing the sales cycle for AI companies, building relationships and closing complex enterprise deals.

Manage global payroll operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, conduct audits and reconciliations, and improve processes for Airtable's payroll across various countries.

Lead enterprise professional services engagements to design and deliver end-to-end solutions that combine Airtable and AI-driven agentic workflows. Shape early recommendations, redesign business processes, create reusable solution patterns, manage stakeholders and delivery, and remain accountable through implementation for enterprise-scale outcomes across multi-business-unit, compliance-conscious organizations.

The Strategic Account Executive will manage sales for strategic accounts, build executive relationships, close sales, and educate clients on Airtable's value.

The Senior Solutions Architect designs solutions to improve business processes, leading engagements while ensuring accountability for outcomes and effective communication across stakeholders.
