The role involves building and evolving Airtable's compute platform, focusing on Kubernetes management, improving developer experience, and leading technical influence across teams.

Design, build, and own critical backend infrastructure to improve scalability, reliability, security, and developer experience. Lead cross-team infrastructure improvements, solve systems-level problems, create reusable abstractions, and ensure production performance, observability, and operational excellence.

Lead Airtables paid acquisition end-to-end: design and run full-funnel campaigns, build new channels and emerging paid programs, optimize post-click experiences, embed AI/automation/agents in workflows, partner cross-functionally, and own attribution and measurement to drive revenue.
