Owns assigned applications from planning through acceptance, develops runbooks and readiness materials, manages risks and issues, and leads technical delivery teams during migration windows.

Designs and leads cloud foundations for a large-scale enterprise migration from on-premises data centers to Azure and AWS. Assesses cloud readiness, establishes migration environments, defines landing zones, architecture standards, security guardrails, and reusable migration patterns. Develops infrastructure as code, remediates cloud gaps, guides migration teams, documents architecture decisions, and transfers standards to operations staff. The role requires extensive experience with both Azure and AWS, enterprise governance, security, and cloud infrastructure architecture.

Builds secure, reusable infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, migration scripts, and automated validation for enterprise cloud migrations to Azure and AWS. The role embeds security, compliance, identity, configuration, and operational controls into deployment workflows, supports migration and recovery activities, maintains documentation and source control, and guides junior engineers. It also requires infrastructure administration, monitoring, incident response, network and virtualization expertise, and collaboration with platform, security, and migration teams.
