The Director of Data Products will define and build Albert's data product strategy and roadmap, manage the data pipeline, and drive product lifecycle from development to market launch, focusing on monetization and customer needs.

Own vision, roadmap, and execution for core product areas (Notebook, Worksheet, Tasks, Inventory). Lead end-to-end product development, prototype and validate with users, drive AI-enabled agentic workflows, conduct hands-on user research with scientists, and partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ship polished B2B SaaS workflows and ensure adoption.

The AI Engineer will develop scalable AI systems, optimize LLMs, maintain data workflows, and ensure system resilience while collaborating on innovative solutions.
