Design, build, integrate, deploy, and maintain customer-specific AI recruiting workflows across applicant tracking systems and related platforms. Lead technical onboarding, including permissions, data mapping, testing, and go-live. Own production deployments, customer and candidate support, root-cause debugging, monitoring, and alerting. Translate recurring customer needs into product improvements while working directly with customers and third-party APIs.
