Manage a portfolio of ~50 high-value enterprise customers to retain and expand revenue. Build trusted relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, coordinate account plans with CSMs/CSEs, monitor account health, and create repeatable, scalable sales playbooks.
