Leads global IT category management and strategic sourcing for SaaS, hardware, and telecommunications. Responsibilities include developing category strategies, managing RFPs and sourcing events, negotiating supplier terms, increasing managed spend, driving savings, overseeing supplier relationships and contract compliance, interpreting market data, and partnering with executives and cross-functional stakeholders. The role also involves process development, global collaboration, and coaching others.

Leads Align’s enterprise platform engineering strategy across data, AI, cloud, APIs, and identity. Builds and scales high-performing engineering organizations, owns architecture, budgets, vendors, governance, compliance, and platform-as-product operations. Oversees AWS cloud modernization, data and AI platforms, DevSecOps, MLOps, IAM, API ecosystems, event-driven integration, reliability, security, and cost optimization while partnering with executives, product, R&D, security, and business stakeholders.

Develop and maintain API- and UI-level automated tests, test frameworks, and supporting infrastructure. Collaborate with developers and quality engineers to assess risks, improve coverage, verify requirements, investigate defects, and support resolution. Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, test environment maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires Python automation experience and familiarity with API testing, CI/CD, development tools, and software quality practices.
