Build AI-driven growth marketing and revenue automation systems using data enrichment, scoring models, attribution, automated workflows, and ABM infrastructure. Unify complex martech stacks, activate buying-intent signals, improve lead routing and CRM hygiene, and coordinate account-level engagement across marketing and sales channels. The role requires hands-on experience with ABM platforms, AI-powered workflows, marketing automation, analytics, and scalable technical solutions.

Lead Alkira’s QA and Automation team, setting quality strategy and standards for a cloud networking platform. Responsibilities include developing Python-based automation, maintaining Terraform and Jenkins CI infrastructure, designing functional, regression, integration, negative, performance, and scale tests, validating releases across public clouds, debugging failures, coordinating distributed engineers, mentoring staff, and participating in mandatory on-call support.

Own product strategy, vision, roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, and success criteria for enterprise networking solutions. Partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and customer needs into scalable technical products. Use market insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence to guide decisions, manage risks and dependencies, support releases, and drive adoption of AI/ML, cloud networking, and modern architectures.

Develop and maintain Alkira's web and mobile UIs for the CSX platform using React/Redux. Build scalable, accessible component libraries, improve test coverage, work with REST APIs and Postgres, and participate in CI/CD. Collaborate in a hybrid team environment and deliver enterprise cloud networking features.

Embed with strategic customers to architect, build, and deploy Alkira-based cloud and hybrid network solutions. Lead technical evaluations, run workshops, develop automation (Terraform, APIs, scripting), troubleshoot, and drive adoption and product feedback across Sales, Engineering, and Product.

Resolve escalated, high-priority customer networking issues by performing root cause analysis, reproducing and reporting bugs, coordinating with engineering and QA, validating fixes, producing documentation/training, and providing on-call escalation support during off hours.

Build and automate multi-cloud network provisioning using Ansible, Go, and Python. Implement task engines, integrate VNFs, create CLI/tools, extend configuration models, debug production provisioning issues, and participate in on-call rotation. Work hybrid from San Jose twice weekly.

Own Alkira’s global platform infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD systems, shared databases and storage, service lifecycle, disaster recovery, Terraform modules, observability, and production tooling in Go or Python. Drive architectural decisions, cost reduction, reliability, security, and multi-team platform adoption while mentoring engineers and participating in on-call support.

Design and build shared backend services, APIs, distributed primitives, and developer tooling used by engineering teams. Own complex platform capabilities from architecture through production support, troubleshoot Linux-based environments, improve scalability and reliability, and participate in on-call rotations. Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance while developing cloud-native microservices with Golang, gRPC, and Protobuf.

Drive pre-sales technical engagement for Alkira's SaaS networking platform: present demos, lead POCs, design and assist deployments, respond to RFPs, troubleshoot complex enterprise network issues, and feed customer-driven product requirements to Product Management.

Partner with sales to demo Alkira's SaaS networking platform, lead POCs, design and troubleshoot large-scale enterprise and hybrid/multi-cloud networks, and translate customer requirements into product feedback and deployment best practices.
