Lead and streamline day-to-day office operations for the Mountain View facility: implement workflows, manage vendors, supplies, catering, and office buildouts; support onboarding and relocation logistics; coordinate with Finance, HR, Security, Facilities, and Manufacturing; maintain documentation, secure workplace practices, and logistics support in a shift-based manufacturing environment.

Design and implement time- and safety-critical embedded firmware for STM32-based autonomous aircraft. Write sensor and peripheral drivers, select and configure CAN/I2C/UART/Ethernet, design bootloaders and deployment/OTA strategies, and build/maintain HIL testing infrastructure. Document architecture, protocol choices, and tradeoffs with rigorous justification and high code-quality standards.

Develop and optimize real-time computer vision algorithms and ML models for drone detection, tracking, and classification; integrate CV systems with embedded hardware and sensors; test and harden systems for military-grade, safety-critical deployment.
