Provides registered nursing care in outpatient dermatology clinics across multiple sites. Responsibilities include patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, care planning, treatment implementation, evaluation, education, documentation, care coordination, quality improvement, collaboration, and patient advocacy. The role requires Minnesota and Wisconsin RN licensure, BLS certification, and participation in specialty competency and professional development activities.

Welcomes and registers patients in person and by phone, collecting demographic, insurance, and financial information for electronic medical records. Collects co-pays, obtains signatures, answers questions, supports scheduling and telephone encounters, directs patients, and performs end-of-day reconciliation. Maintains clean, organized clinic lobbies, restocks supplies, supports office communications, and assists with prescription refill processes and downtime procedures.

Provides comprehensive neuroscience nursing care, including patient and family assessment, care planning, coordination, delegation, education, and evaluation. Applies evidence-based practice, maintains clinical competencies, supports quality initiatives and nursing research, and may serve as a charge nurse or preceptor. The role is a full-time, weekday day-shift position with no weekend rotation.
