Teams at Allogene Therapeutics

Leads Allogene’s corporate legal function, including SEC reporting, corporate governance, Board and committee support, proxy and annual meeting processes, Section 16 reporting, and public company compliance. Supports strategic transactions, M&A, licensing, collaborations, business development, and commercial agreements. Advises senior executives and cross-functional teams, manages outside counsel, and provides practical legal guidance in a biotechnology environment.

Manage Windows and macOS endpoint environments, including device lifecycle, configuration, software deployment, patching, vulnerability remediation, compliance, Microsoft 365 integration, and automation. Provide Tier 3 escalation support for endpoint, hardware, identity, network, and workplace technology issues. Support onboarding, conference rooms, onsite operations, vendors, documentation, and endpoint modernization projects while partnering with Security, Infrastructure, HR, and Service Desk teams.

Provide comprehensive legal support focused on contracting: prepare and review agreements, manage contract lifecycle via contract management systems, support negotiations and execution, develop standard form agreements and legal processes, assist with due diligence and corporate transactions, and implement legal operations tools and policies.
