Support development, characterization, optimization, and execution of clinical-scale CAR T-cell manufacturing processes. Conduct DoE studies, non-GMP manufacturing, process characterization, continuous improvement, technology transfer, and regulatory documentation. Analyze and present data, maintain technical records, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current on cell therapy, immunology, and bioprocessing research.

Supports analytical method development, qualification, drug product characterization, impurity testing, and process characterization for CAR T-cell therapies. Provides analytical support for BLA-enabling activities, GMP manufacturing, method qualification, release testing, and internal or external technology transfer. Documents results in electronic laboratory notebooks and technical reports, contributes to regulatory filings, collaborates with technical teams, and presents data and strategy to scientists and management.

Provide comprehensive legal support focused on contracting: prepare and review agreements, manage contract lifecycle via contract management systems, support negotiations and execution, develop standard form agreements and legal processes, assist with due diligence and corporate transactions, and implement legal operations tools and policies.
