Build and maintain parsing infrastructure, SDKs, data models, and services for hardware design collaboration. Develop parsers for circuit-design formats, binary file-merging capabilities, test harnesses, developer tooling, and performance improvements. Collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and other stakeholders to define interfaces, requirements, timelines, and constraints while driving autonomous, cross-functional projects.

Own AllSpice’s product strategy, roadmap, customer discovery, product operating system, metrics, and product organization. Lead and develop Product Managers while partnering with executive leadership, Engineering, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Design. Establish prioritization, planning, launch, feedback, and adoption processes; translate complex hardware engineering workflows into valuable products; and guide market focus, customer segmentation, technical investments, and category strategy.

The Customer Experience Engineer will lead technical onboarding, guide customers on ECAD workflows, and identify expansion opportunities while supporting their adoption of AllSpice.
