Generate qualified pipeline for mid-market Account Executives by identifying and engaging HR and People decision-makers. Conduct in-person office visits, attend industry events, and use phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify prospects on hiring plans, immigration needs, and urgency; maintain accurate CRM records; coordinate territory coverage and handoffs with Account Executives; and develop repeatable approaches to meeting-generation and pipeline growth.

Build and ship AI-powered product features end to end, including backend architecture, databases, APIs, React interfaces, testing, debugging, and deployment. Partner with founders, designers, customers, attorneys, and paralegals to improve workflows. Use AI coding agents and MCP servers to accelerate development while maintaining quality. Help scale the platform, contribute across the application lifecycle, and continuously improve engineering processes and tooling.

Build end-to-end AI-powered product features: design agentic pipelines, RAG and LLM orchestration, backend services, and user-facing React UIs. Implement eval/observability systems, mitigate hallucinations, optimize production latency/cost, and work closely with founders, legal users, and product to ship and iterate customer-focused AI experiences.

Build end-to-end AI-native product features: design backend (APIs, DB), build frontend, deploy and test. Partner with founders, designers, and legal users, use coding agents and MCP servers to scale the platform and ship high-quality ML/LLM-powered workflows.

Own Alma's end-to-end finance function and operational glue: build and maintain the financial model, run monthly close, forecasts, unit economics, headcount planning, investor and board reporting, and support fundraising. Simultaneously design and fix internal and legal operations, write spend and approval policies, oversee AR/AP and outsourced finance partners, build reporting cadences and playbooks, and lead cross-functional projects like vendor consolidation and office decisions.

The Product Engineer will develop AI-powered products by managing both backend and frontend tasks, collaborating closely with founding teams and customers. Responsibilities include feature ownership, coding, testing, and using AI tooling to enhance development speed.

Own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing, while meeting revenue quotas. Build client relationships, manage CRM pipelines and forecasts, develop tailored proposals, drive upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success. Serve as an immigration solutions subject matter expert, provide market feedback, support sales enablement, and represent the company at events. Requires up to 20% travel.
