Generate qualified pipeline for mid-market Account Executives by identifying and engaging HR and People decision-makers. Conduct in-person office visits, attend industry events, and use phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify prospects on hiring plans, immigration needs, and urgency; maintain accurate CRM records; coordinate territory coverage and handoffs with Account Executives; and develop repeatable approaches to meeting-generation and pipeline growth.

Own the full mid-market B2B sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation through discovery, demos, negotiation, and close. Sell Alma’s immigration platform to People, Talent, Legal, Finance, and executive stakeholders. Build relationships, create urgency, navigate complex buying processes, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with Customer Success, Legal, Product, and leadership to improve sales execution.
