Owns strategy, development, execution, and lifecycle management for automotive products and future vehicle platforms. Leads 0-to-1 product development from concept through launch, defines priorities, evaluates customer and market opportunities, and manages tradeoffs. Serves as Product Owner across hardware, firmware, software, and operations teams while building stakeholder consensus and aligning product goals with business objectives.

Leads supplier quality, NPI, and industrialization activities for automotive products. Assesses supplier readiness, manufacturing capability, tooling, and production risks; approves PPAP and FAI submissions; evaluates manufacturability; drives 8D/CAPA corrective actions; monitors process capability and supplier quality metrics; and improves supplier management and quality systems. Partners with sourcing and program teams, leads cross-functional initiatives, and mentors junior engineers.

Support SAP BRIM transformation programs by managing plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, reporting, governance, meetings, budgets, vendors, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare. Coordinate across BRIM workstreams and facilitate communication among business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, system integrators, and project leaders.

Assist with developing and testing SAP RAP OData services, UI5/Fiori applications, CDS views, and BTP integrations under senior guidance. Own Apple CarPlay and Android Auto certification programs across wired and wireless configurations, managing Apple, Google, third-party labs, certification schedules, requirements, defects, and compliance resolution. Lead Android framework and projection program planning, requirements decomposition, technical prioritization, risk mitigation, cross-functional defect triage, and stakeholder communications through software release and approval milestones.

Owns technical program delivery for automotive multimedia and board support package software. Coordinates internal teams, Tier 1 suppliers, and silicon vendors across requirements, schedules, dependencies, defects, platform readiness, release decisions, and vehicle program milestones. Oversees multimedia features, SoC bring-up, kernels, drivers, power management, integration, testing, and quality targets while communicating risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Own software release management and cloud technical program management for vehicle infotainment and gateway services. Responsibilities include release health metrics, critical-path ticket closure, daily status reporting, risk escalation, sprint execution, backlog grooming, roadmap ownership, and defining vehicle-cloud data contracts and middleware interfaces. The role coordinates engineering, cloud, middleware, PMO, and external partner teams.

Develops and executes bench-level tests for custom PCBs and assemblies, designs test procedures, fixtures, and benches, and builds test automation and data collection systems. Supports field testing of aircraft and ground systems, debugs failures, performs root-cause analysis, documents results, and communicates findings to design engineers. Requires aerospace regulatory and environmental testing knowledge, with preferred experience in Python, LabVIEW, fixture design, UAVs, and field testing.

Lead antenna selection and placement across drone airframes, docks, and ground systems. Analyze RF performance, coverage, interference, link budgets, impedance matching, and radiation patterns. The role requires aerospace regulatory and FCC compliance familiarity, with UAV experience and RF simulation tools preferred.

Operate robotic platforms through teleoperation using Apple Vision Pro and collect raw data through motion-capture tasks. Perform simple data annotation and quality control. The role requires attention to detail, coordination, dexterity, physical stamina, and sufficient vision to use the headset. Basic terminal command experience is required; software, robotics, data collection, and annotation experience are beneficial.

Develops and executes bench-level tests for custom PCBs and electrical assemblies, designs test procedures, fixtures, and benches, and builds test automation and data collection systems. Develop and own embedded software for vehicle access authentication, including Digital Key and Key Card functions such as authorization, locking, unlocking, and start authorization. Architect and implement real-time ECU software using C and Python across Bluetooth, UWB, NFC, and RF technologies. Operate robotic platforms through teleoperation and motion-capture systems to collect high-quality raw data. Perform hands-on tasks using VR headsets, suits, and gloves, then complete basic data annotation and quality control. The role requires attention to detail, coordination, dexterity, physical stamina, good vision, and basic terminal command experience. Familiarity with software, robots, data collection, or annotation is advantageous.

Design and integrate mechanical and electromechanical systems by defining requirements, interfaces, boundaries, and verification plans. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering inputs across mechanical, electrical, thermal, fluids, materials, manufacturing, suppliers, and CAE. Lead trade studies, document technical rationale and risks, assess backward compatibility and revalidation impacts, and develop requirement traceability and phased implementation recommendations.

Leads electrical engineering workstreams for battery or industrial equipment products. Owns electrical architecture, design reviews, component selection, cost optimization, interface requirements, validation planning, and technical decisions. Assesses impacts to PCB assemblies, controls, diagnostics, harnesses, bills of materials, and system performance. Coordinates with cross-functional teams, reviews distributed engineering deliverables, ensures documentation quality, and mentors engineers across locations.

Leads supply chain digital transformation and EDI implementations across approximately 25 suppliers. Manages cross-functional integration involving SAP, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, quality, IT, and external partners. Designs scalable business processes, translates requirements into system solutions, develops integration roadmaps, establishes governance and KPIs, improves data visibility, and supports data-driven decision-making. Coordinates testing, deployment, supplier onboarding, stakeholder workshops, consultants, and implementation partners while mentoring junior team members.

Designs and industrializes electrical systems for heavy-duty transit buses across concept development, detailed design, manufacturing, production launch, customization, and field support.
