Designs and industrializes electrical systems for heavy-duty transit buses across concept development, detailed design, manufacturing, production launch, customization, and field support. Responsibilities include BOM management, harness and component design, ECAD schematics, electrical analysis, design optimization, supplier collaboration, troubleshooting, testing, validation, change control, and cross-functional engineering coordination.

Leads packaging, engineering design, release, and launch of vehicle exterior trim systems. Develops exterior components optimized for styling, quality, reliability, functionality, mass, and cost. Collaborates with studio and vehicle engineering teams, using CAD and computational tools to solve complex design challenges. Requires experience with vehicle plastics, Class A manufacturing, materials, painting, tooling, fit and finish, aero features, and automotive launch programs.

Architect, design, prototype, integrate, bring up, and validate electrical boards for vehicle and off-vehicle product platforms. Create schematics and PCB layouts, guide JDM/OEM design execution, test reliability and functionality, resolve issues, and influence electrical architecture. Collaborate across engineering teams and support rapid prototyping. Requires technical leadership, contract manufacturer experience, and expertise in converters, high-speed signaling, data buses, analog circuits, and board design.
