Manage approximately 100 existing customer accounts through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Build executive relationships, articulate ROI, negotiate procurement processes, forecast revenue, maintain pipeline coverage, and achieve quarterly quotas. Drive product adoption and customer success while collaborating with sales, support, and partner ecosystems. The role requires 25% travel to customer offices and internal events.

Develops and executes partner marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, joint go-to-market plans, field events, webinars, and demand-generation programs across the Americas. Manages partner and internal stakeholder relationships, event logistics, budgets, contracts, brand consistency, campaign analytics, and pipeline growth. Collaborates with sales, product, and marketing teams to optimize performance and strengthen partner engagement.

Own and administer enterprise collaboration, workflow, ticketing, and employee service platforms including Slack, Jira, Confluence, and ESM tools. Design self-service workflows, virtual agents, AI-enabled knowledge systems, integrations, and automation using APIs and scripting. Manage platform enhancement roadmaps, asset management, reporting, governance, auditability, and compliance while improving the employee digital workplace experience.
