The role develops sales plans, prospects mortgage servicers and institutional stakeholders, manages complex sales cycles, maintains a Salesforce pipeline, negotiates multimillion-dollar agreements, and collaborates on implementation and delivery. Responsibilities include executive relationship building, consultative selling, conference participation, market development, and navigating mortgage default servicing, regulatory, foreclosure, REO, auction, and CWCOT processes.

Build and execute a refinance sales strategy targeting enterprise lenders and loan officers. Prospect, cold-call, and develop pipeline in Salesforce; deliver consultative presentations; leverage partnerships; collaborate with marketing and internal teams; attend industry events; ensure RESPA-compliant sales practices and seamless implementation.
