Build and ship AI agents, automations, and internal/customer-facing tools to scale Customer Success. Scope priorities, select LLMs and frameworks, integrate with APIs/CRM, ensure production reliability with DevOps/Security, measure outcomes, and drive adoption through training and documentation.

Lead marketing automation strategy and operations to drive growth. Manage setup, configuration, and integration of martech platforms, optimize workflows and funnels, analyze performance metrics, document processes, and train teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product to execute automated campaigns and improve lead generation, nurturing, and conversions.

Lead and build Hazel's post-sales implementation function: define methodology, operating model, and playbooks; own data migration and integration strategy; partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve time-to-value; hire and develop implementation teams; drive retention, expansion, and scalable onboarding including self-service and Help Center infrastructure.
