Lead and supervise interdisciplinary outpatient clinics in Northern California, overseeing admissions, intake, individualized treatment plans, daily care coordination, and direct care for complex patients. Partner with clinical and operational leaders to design and implement scalable processes, strategic initiatives, and quality-improvement efforts while coaching staff and documenting lessons learned.

Build and scale Amae Health's patient- and clinic-facing platform: design and ship full-stack web apps, implement backend APIs and services, deploy and monitor production systems, integrate with EHRs using FHIR/HL7, ensure security and HIPAA compliance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and optionally prototype AI/ML features to improve clinical workflows and patient engagement.

Lead and build Amae's full marketing stack: demand generation, referral growth, content and thought leadership, brand voice, patient/family and B2B campaigns, event marketing, and marketing infrastructure and measurement.

Partnering with the CEO, the Chief of Staff drives strategic planning, executive communications, KPI dashboards, cross-functional projects, fundraising support, hiring, and administration to enable organizational priorities and execution.

Work directly with the co-founder to drive partnerships and growth: build and manage partnerships pipeline, lead health plan and health system BD outreach, produce strategic materials, coordinate cross-functional operational commitments, and run high-priority strategic projects using AI tools to accelerate research and workflows.

Manage and grow regional patient referrals through outreach to provider partners, develop new referral sources, coordinate urgent patient responses with hospitals and social workers, partner with clinical staff to connect referred patients to care, track outreach and referral outcomes in CRM, and develop market plans with clinical and leadership teams.

Lead full-cycle corporate and clinical recruiting, deliver best-in-class candidate experience, partner with stakeholders, design AI-enabled sourcing strategies, manage recruiting systems and pipeline analytics to drive hires nationwide.
