Own product operations across launches, clinical enablement, roadmap coordination, feedback workflows, release tracking, documentation, and outcome measurement. Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and clinic operations teams to drive adoption, remove blockers, establish scalable processes, and maintain trusted KPI dashboards. The role requires translating technical product changes into practical workflows and training for clinicians while measuring clinical and product outcomes after launch.

Serves as the first point of contact for prospective behavioral health patients and families. Handles inbound and outbound calls, reviews insurance benefits, coordinates referrals with hospitals and social workers, schedules follow-ups, maintains CRM records, and supports patients compassionately throughout enrollment. The role requires strong communication, organization, empathy, persistence, and proficiency with CRM and communication tools. It is fully remote but limited to candidates in PST, MST, or CST time zones.
