Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and protect delivery commitments. Develop operational quotes, CAPEX proposals, capacity analyses, business cases, dashboards, presentations, and recovery plans while driving KPI-based process improvements.

Analyzes financial data, credit reports, and customer accounts to assess creditworthiness, recommend credit limits and terms, monitor risk and delinquency, resolve credit issues, and prepare management reports. Collaborates with sales and accounting teams to improve credit processes and mitigate risk.

Manage daily domestic and international shipping operations, coordinating carriers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery. Oversee customs documentation, export compliance, shipping priorities, and customer-specific instructions. Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing and supply chain teams, resolve logistics issues, optimize transportation costs, analyze performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements. Develop standardized shipping procedures and work instructions while leading the logistics team.
