Own product management for robotic automation systems, including deployment scoping, system layouts, pricing, requirements, customer integrations, and feature prioritization. Partner with Sales, Engineering, and customers to translate operational needs into effective hardware and software solutions. Create product documentation, presentations, dashboards, and reports using Grafana and Python. Manage sustaining product needs, support issues, feature requests, WMS integration plans, and system performance improvements.

Design and develop core robotics libraries and applications for AI-powered robots, leading R&D projects and supporting software deployment in production.

Own post-sale journey for enterprise robotic deployments: onboard, drive adoption, measure ROI and health scores, run QBRs, manage escalations, coordinate with Engineering/Field teams, travel to sites, and rebuild Customer Success playbooks.
