Build and operate production data pipelines that ingest, validate, transform, and govern clinical and operational data. Deliver governed metrics, self-service analytics, and observability across teams. Partner with engineering, product, clinical, and GTM to ensure accurate, reproducible, and defensible metrics; automate ingestion, validation, and transformation using modern tooling and cloud data warehousing.

Lead and develop a team of ~5 clinical AI individual contributors across two product pods. Own clinical AI roadmap, quality, and delivery while doing hands-on work (prompting, evaluation design, error analysis, clinical content). Provide technical and clinical guidance, coach execution and project planning, hire and interview candidates, and represent clinical perspective with product, engineering, and customers. Hybrid role based in San Francisco (3x/week).

Lead and scale product engineering teams building AI healthcare software. Responsibilities include hiring and developing engineers, designing autonomous team structures, delivering customer-facing features, mentoring engineering managers and technical leads, setting architecture and quality standards, and partnering with product, design, and clinical teams. The role requires hands-on technical credibility, distributed systems experience, strong execution, and the ability to shape engineering culture in a high-growth environment.
