As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the core systems for database architecture, caching, and performance optimization, ensuring reliable and scalable infrastructure for clinical workflows in healthcare. You'll design and implement systems to improve latency and reliability while managing multi-tenant data and compliance needs.

Design and maintain platform infrastructure for healthcare providers, focusing on reliability and scalability. Own AI technical initiatives from design to deployment.

Lead and develop a team of ~5 clinical AI individual contributors across two product pods. Own clinical AI roadmap, quality, and delivery while doing hands-on work (prompting, evaluation design, error analysis, clinical content). Provide technical and clinical guidance, coach execution and project planning, hire and interview candidates, and represent clinical perspective with product, engineering, and customers. Hybrid role based in San Francisco (3x/week).
