Lead Ambience’s Office of the President as an operating partner to the President and Co-Founder. Manage strategic workstreams, priorities, OKRs, partnerships, financial modeling, market analysis, deal structuring, board materials, and executive communications. Build and develop a team of operators, identify high-leverage issues, lead ambiguous initiatives, and establish AI-native operating systems for research, decision tracking, and knowledge management. The role requires working three days weekly from the San Francisco office.

Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, quality, and adoption of a clinical AI product area. Partner with clinicians, customers, Engineering, Design, Clinical AI/ML, Data, and GTM teams to improve workflow integration, accuracy, automation, reliability, and measurable customer outcomes. Conduct user research, prioritize initiatives, define success metrics, support enterprise adoption, and communicate product value.

Own Ambience’s governance, risk, and compliance program, including SOC 2 audits, PHI governance, vendor and AI-model risk assessments, security control investigations, policy development, risk remediation, customer security questionnaires, and trust portal maintenance. The role partners closely with engineering, legal, finance, auditors, and customers while helping establish AI governance practices such as ISO 42001.
