Reviews mechanical drawings and specifications, coordinates with manufacturers, manages CRM data and delivery timelines, and provides engineering assistance to customers, contractors, and consulting engineers. The role requires strong commercial HVAC knowledge, independent problem-solving, organization, communication, and customer service skills.

Supports outside sales engineers on commercial HVAC projects by reviewing plans and specifications, selecting equipment, preparing estimates, proposals, quotations, and submittals, and coordinating pricing, engineering questions, schedules, deliveries, and project handoffs. Provides technical support to engineers, contractors, owners, manufacturers, and customers while maintaining CRM data and managing multiple project timelines.

Serves as the technical HVAC subject-matter expert supporting outside sales. Responsibilities include conducting customer consultations, designing commercial HVAC applications, selecting equipment, preparing estimates and quotations, troubleshooting product inquiries, supporting installations, and managing customer accounts. The role works with customers, contractors, engineers, and sales teams to deliver customized HVAC solutions and requires proficiency with AutoCAD or similar design software.
