Lead and build the Revenue Operations function to create a predictable, scalable GTM engine. Own an assigned territory to acquire net-new enterprise logos and drive upsell. Build value-based business cases for C-level stakeholders, generate pipeline through partners and events, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles with Sales Engineering support, maintain SFDC hygiene, and consistently hit revenue targets.

Design, build, and operate scalable, highly available database and data-serving infrastructure for production and AI workloads. Scale relational, analytical, and vector stores; optimize latency, throughput, and reliability; implement partitioning, sharding, replication, caching, query optimization, observability, backups, and disaster recovery. Partner with AI and engineering teams to support embeddings, vector search, retrieval workflows, analytics, and low-latency data access while building automation, tooling, and best practices for database operations.

Conduct high-volume prospecting (calls, emails, social) and research target accounts to qualify leads, schedule discovery and assessment meetings, collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, maintain Salesforce for lead management and forecasting, prioritize opportunities, and ensure timely follow-up to convert interest into qualified pipeline.
