Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and G&A roles. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, managing pipelines in Ashby, partnering with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, guiding candidates through offers, and improving recruiting processes. The role requires 4+ years of non-technical or GTM recruiting experience, strong sourcing and closing skills, ATS proficiency, metrics-minded organization, communication skills, and daily AI fluency.

Own Ambient.ai’s video program end to end, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and distribution. Produce product explainers, release walkthroughs, brand videos, testimonials, webinars, podcasts, and social content. Serve as an on-camera product evangelist, grow the YouTube channel, support LinkedIn and paid advertising, and establish an in-house video studio. The role requires independent production expertise, product-marketing communication skills, AI fluency, and experience with cameras, lighting, motion graphics, and channel growth.

Own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for a substantial enterprise product area. Lead cross-functional feature development from conception through launch, conduct user research and usability studies, analyze success metrics, and engage enterprise customers to guide product improvements and new capabilities.
