The SME Electrical Engineer leads the design, analysis, and field execution of underground power distribution systems, ensuring compliance and mentoring teams.

Manage all phases of subcontract administration including acquisition planning, cost analysis, negotiations, compliance, and closeout. Support proposal evaluations and maintain subcontract files, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reports for financial analytics. Ensure data accuracy, build data models and ETL pipelines, write/optimize SQL and DAX, analyze trends to provide insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and best practices.
