Lead and litigate complex federal and state prison-conditions cases nationwide. Manage substantial caseloads, draft pleadings and briefs, conduct discovery and hearings, provide technical assistance to affiliates, develop new cases, engage in policy advocacy and public speaking, and travel as required for litigation and client work.

Design and implement scalable enterprise data architectures and models, lead data governance and privacy/compliance efforts, guide migration of fundraising CRM, provide technical leadership to data engineering teams, improve data quality and reliability, document architectures, and occasionally perform hands-on data engineering using Python, SQL, dbt, and Dagster.
