Design and implement scalable enterprise data architectures and models, lead data governance and privacy/compliance efforts, guide migration of fundraising CRM, provide technical leadership to data engineering teams, improve data quality and reliability, document architectures, and occasionally perform hands-on data engineering using Python, SQL, dbt, and Dagster.

Develop and pursue impact litigation and advocacy challenging abusive criminal-law practices and policing. Draft pleadings and briefs, lead discovery, hearings, trials and appeals, advise affiliates and partners, support policy and communications, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across ACLU departments to advance criminal and racial justice.

Lead impact litigation and advocacy on immigrants' rights, handling federal court cases, legal research and writing, discovery and motions, client and partner coordination, policy advocacy, public speaking, supervision of paralegals/interns, and rapid-response efforts to immigration enforcement events.

The Technical Project Manager will oversee the implementation of systems and processes, collaborating with various staff for project management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication in a hybrid role.
