Provide remote travel counseling and booking services to corporate clients. Advise on domestic and international air, road, rail, and accommodation options; research itineraries; anticipate traveler needs; sell additional services; follow travel policies and regulations; resolve customer issues; and support team coaching and service improvement. The role requires Sabre GDS expertise, travel industry knowledge, strong communication, attention to detail, and schedule flexibility, including weekends and afternoon shifts.

Own sales analytics and forecasting as the trusted source of truth for sales leadership. Build predictive and machine learning models to assess deal close likelihood and slippage, maintain Salesforce and Tableau dashboards, improve data governance, and translate complex business questions into actionable GTM recommendations. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on reporting standards, strategic planning, QBRs, and executive insights.

Arrange complex domestic and international business travel, including air, rail, road, accommodations, and group bookings. Use Sabre GDS expertise to advise clients, manage fares and ticketing, proactively recommend services, resolve issues, and deliver high-touch service through phone, chat, email, and back-office systems. Collaborate with team members while meeting customer satisfaction, service, and account-specific performance goals in a 24/7 operation.
